What do you charge to set up a Lease?

Our Set Up Fee will be 30% of the monthly rental figure.This is an inclusive fee - everything to get a tenant into the property (plus VAT).

The fee would be reduced to 20% for more than one property taken on.

What do you charge for subsequent leases on the same property?

All subsequent leases would be set up for 20% each time after the initial one.

Do you have more than one type of Management Fee?

Yes - We have two scales of Mangement Fees:

Our full management fee is 12.5% (we would inspect the property every three months).

Part management of 5% (we don't inspect the property but we would arrange for repairs to be carried out by our reputable tradesmen).
